We are aiming to be one and only auto parts store, operating in both online and offline channel.
An offline channel, we are aiming to expand our branches thru franchise system (we are lauching our 2nd branch within Aug 2019)
Our customers are divided into two main groups which are:
Trade clients: mostly are those repair service shop, they buy a part from us and become member of our 24hr emergency service application (80% soon finish) - what could be a benefit for them beside the cheap price of a spare part cost? of course we can feed them more work from our customer appointments.
End users: they come and enjoy our products and service (both online and offline store) Moreover, in case of emergnecy they can call for a help via our application or even during their weekend, they can make an appointment for a repair service thru our application.
