AMI Healthcare Asia Co., Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated in Thailand under the treaty of amity between the Kingdom of Thailand and the United States, was incorporated in 2017 and is 100% owned by AMI Healthcare Group. It is intended to be the operating company for a start-up IVF Center and new hospital and will combine international and Thai expertise in operational management, revenue management, sales and marketing, quality and accreditation, and the education, training and deployment of Thai physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.
