Developing protein from plants by using AI technology

Our wholesome plant-based protein is created from local ingredients and packed with essential nutrients. Our journey begins with hunting down provincial plants and fungi which are loaded with bioactive components. Understanding the fundamentals of traditional food and medicine helps us uncover these hidden gems and select the best ingredients for boosting health. 

Once we’ve got our ingredients, we kickstart the protein modification process to give them a unique meat-like texture. Some plant-based diets can be deficient in essential nutrients like Vitamin B12, and protein modification is also a key step to making MORE MEAT as nutritious as possible.
