First floor: 8 hot desks and 24 seats
Second floor:
- Meeting room of 5-desk with 18-seat 1 room
- Meeting rooms of 2-desk with 4-seat 2 rooms
- Private office rooms of 16 square meters for 3 members 2 rooms
Third floor: Private office room of 16 square meters for 3 members 1 room
Building's back parking space is available for 50+ vehicles, and free of charges.
Pattaya Startups Meetup is held here every two weeks Friday's night.
